What I did this week:
breakfast with CSIl staff
Got $660 approved for travel reimbursement from ASUA
lunch with dan
updated buget/funding info for FCW meeting
Went to homecoming/ FCW/ concessions/ las margarits dinner
Met with all the board members
Met with Garrett

My plans for the future:
Plan camp rotation with casey
not sure what else

Garrett Hoxie - Vice Chair
What I did this week:
-Got more fingerprint cards
-Homecoming tent
-FoCW meeting

-Updated my web page with HOV info

-Camp
-Counselor training thing
-Fingerprint stuff

Come to our intramural volleyball game this Tuesday at 5pm in Bear Down Gym. Wear shorts without pockets, bring your cat card and $5.

Matt Golab - Day Activities
What I did this week:
-Soccer intramural
-CSIL breakfast
-Lunch with Dan
-Board eval meeting with Laura
-Tent party on the mall
-Storage inventory
-Day activity at south side Brewster Center
-Set up homecoming tent on the mall
-Friends of Camp Wildcat meeting
-Concessions
-Alumni Dinner

My plans for the future:
-Attend camp
-Day activity at Casas or ACC with the toddlers to close out the year

I know that Ash and Andrew are going to need a lot of help for ASU football concessions. I'm carpooling down that day and have lots of room

Katie Paulson - Camps Coordinator
What I did this week:
Tent party, inventory in storage, went shopping for BCII, Homecoming, FOCW meetings/dinner, football concessions, lunch with Dan, breakfast with CSIL, food bank; talked to Vo/Jasmine re: donations; met with Laura

My plans for the future:
Finish inventory, staff meeting tonight, counselor training session, camp: food bank, shopping, packing, camp, working with drivers, directors, donations; how to direct a camp w/s, pay back CW for auction

Items you would like on the weekly email:
Packing Party: Thursday at 8pm down in storage! It shall be grand!

Stephen or Neil from concessions (what awesome, positive attitudes!)

Low's:
being sick, crappy service at the Grill at 2am, PA 496B

High's:
Teach for America, North Carolina, supportive family and friends, volleyball, margaritas and Camp Wildcat


Andrew Leonard & Ashlee Jones - Fundraising
What I did this week:
CSIL Breakfast, homecoming concessions

My plans for the future:
Basketball concessions & get people for UA vs. ASU game over Thanksgiving

Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
Thanks for coming to the double birthday!

Basketball concessions on Wednesday at 5:30 pm and Sunday at noon.

Missy Nagin - Donations
What I did this week:
Finshed up donation calls, met with directors and KT, attend counsolor meeting

My plans for the future:
shop, cook, and pack for camp, pick up donatiojns, go to the food bank with KT on wed, go on camp

Low's:
getting sick, a week of no sleep/ work

High's:
HOMECOMING, amazing friends,thanksgiving is so soon, beating Cal, rushing the field


Grace Clark - Campus Relations
What I did this week:
Tabled on the Mall, delivered check for T-shirts, fulfilled Board Auction Item, arranged story for the Wildcat- Thanks to Casey- flyered campus with general CW flyers, played soccer, scheduled classroom recruitment for ED P 301, got counselor recruitment announcement put in COE and Spanish listservs.

My plans for the future:
Tofu social hosted by Vo & Quin(?), visit Sunrise Silkscreen to check on T-shirt order, plan Winter Social, sell T-shirts, get $$$ fees for intramurals,

Ben Cummins for working at concessions so many times and bringing his girfriend to help too.

Low's:
Too much work, too little time, post-party carpets(*yech*)

CW Camper becomes CW counselor, cute Australians, house party(woot), homecoming game and rushing the field(woot woot), feeling productive, hair compliments,

What I did this week:

Casey Edwards - Alumni Relations
What I did this week:
ya know a little thing called the inaugural friends of Camp Wildcat meeting, made packets for FCW meeting, got yearbooks etc from storage, put pics in scrap book, made CW poster, went to rotation leader meeting, soccer, CSIL breakfast, lunch with Dan, lots of office hours, helped with alumni certificates, speeches, greeted alumni at tent, grocery store for homecoming,

My plans for the future:
attend big camp, make my rotation with hottie Laura Ory, yearbook, email FCW about business and get FCW to pick 3 goals to focus on,

Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
FCW is a little nuts! and new senior send off format
Thank to Katie for the list and bears and tent help, thanks to Ashlee and Andrew for fund raising dates and communication, thanks to Tina and Matt for help setting up at 7:30, and matt for the calming words, teasing, and teaching me how throw a football at 8am, thanks to Garrett for help setting up, being there for meeting, watching me make faces, the positive encouragement, and ALL his help. Thanks to Laura for help with planning, setting up, and a million things I cannot list! Thanks to Quin for the constant support, and love, I love you. Garrett, Laura, and Quin I could not have done it without you

Mcag and his sheer sexiness, Phoenix for the night and coffee, double date and 120 dibs, and very successful Saturday, seeing family, rushing the field after the game, but most of all knowing how many people are there for me and support me. I love you guys!

What I did this week:
set a date for my board auction item, applied for camp, went to CSIL breakfast and board lunch

My plans for the future:
CTC nominations tonight, update DRC and create filing system in office, help out with camp stuff, go on camp!

Lucy Patterson and Kara Farnsworth - Other (Big Camp 2 Co-directors)
What I did this week:
Visited Menlo a second time to encourage kids to apply.
Chose rotation leaders.
Met with rotation leaders to discuss ideas.
Picked up camper applications.
Compiled camper and counselor information.
Emailed counselors.
Selected groups.
Updated schedule.

My plans for the future:
Attend Parents' Meeting on Tuesday
Shop for camp.
Pack for camp.
Go on camp!

Things I need to discuss or share with the board:
Parents' Meeting- We need volunteers.

Low's:
Lucy's crazy landlady.
Stress over deadlines.

Kids loving us at Menlo and being generally awesome and enthusiastic.
