All you need to do is go to http://campwildcat.org/members/ scroll down to the Big Camp 4 event and click "Apply Here" (make sure you apply, not just sign up). You'll have to fill out some basic info and a few ridiculous questions before submitting the application.To get fingerprinted, you should talk to Elyse and she can get you everything you need.
