Constitutional Duties

The Alumni Relations Director shall maintain and pursue a progressive dialogue with the club alumni; shall act as a liaison between Camp Wildcat and Friends of Camp Wildcat; shall execute programs for the alumni; shall produce an alumni newsletter at least once each academic year; shall record the history of Camp Wildcat by: having pictures taken at Camp Wildcat events, assembling a photo yearbook for each year, documenting events online, recording current graduates and facilitating their registration as alumni, researching the history of Camp Wildcat and maintaining a database of the children who take part in Camp Wildcat events; shall arrange for the promotion of Camp Wildcat by coordinating annual merchandise and apparel production and other member-oriented goods; may choose to maintain a committee to assist with organizing and executing these events.
